Doula Services

Basic Birth Package

• Phone or in-person interview - Connection and conversation about doula services. We talk for up to an hour to get to know your vision for your birth and what services will look like, see if we are a good fit and get to know each other initially.
• 2 or 3 Prenatal Visits - Depending on when in your pregnancy you reach out. These are two hour long meetings where we deep dive into all the scenarios that birth might look like, your own informed preferences, and ways we can introduce support and comfort measures to feel taken care of and prepared for your birth.
• On-call doula team - From 2 weeks before your due date through 2 weeks after your due date. I always work with a back up doula or partner so that you can trust in continuous care.
• Attendance at onset of active labor through birth - Advocacy as per your wishes/birth plan. Consistent and loving care and support during your labor.
• Staying by your side - An hour after birth to help with breastfeeding and whatever you and your family need to integrate those first moments meeting your baby.
• A post partum visit - Up to two hours to integrate your birth experience and close our journey together.

Premium Birth Package

Same as Basic Birth Package plus:

• Herbal Consultation during prenatal visits
• Post Partum Herbal Support for healing and breastfeeding
• Includes teas, sitz bath herbs and other products based on the individual
• Availability for ongoing questions and support throughout our time together
• 3-4 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits

Post Partum Doula

As your Post Partum Doula I provide support for you to rest and recuperate after your birth and in the beginning weeks/months of adjusting to a new baby.

This time is essential to integrate your birth, adjust your family needs and ensure that you are getting adequate nutrition and nurturing.

You are the foundation of your family and while giving constantly 24/7, it is imperative that you are as well nourished and cared for as can be.

Herbal Medicine Consultation

We meet virtually or in person to discuss what physical and emotional expressions are coming up for you, how to implement diet, lifestyle and herbal medicine to support your needs.

This includes a one hour intake initially, followed by one or two follow up appointments. This can be increased as needed.

Vital nutrients in plants can bring us to a greater sense of bodily and emotional balance that strengthens and nourishes us during pregnancy and post partum.
